A Child’s Right to Public Education

Twenty or more years ago, if you had a child with autism, you’d likely be told to put him/her in a mental health institution and move on with life. People with autism have issues with non-verbal communication, social interactions & activities that include an element of play.
A person with autism will find it much harder to understand the feelings of other people. The ability to instinctively empathize with others is much weaker than other people's. They do not like cuddling or being touched like other children do. They usually find sudden loud noises, smells or sudden changes in the intensity of lighting and ambient temperature unpleasant and quite shocking.  It can also affect a person's speaking skills. Many children with autism do not speak at all.

Educating autistic children can be a challenge in the best of circumstances. Autism is a developmental brain disorder that affects social and communication skills.
Shruti, the Autism School Kolkata, is one of the best to provide educational programs for children with autism spectrum disorders.
